5-Minute Fix with Peggy Cappy DVD
After years of teaching and practicing, Peggy Cappy has designed a way of incorporating
yoga into our daily routine, revealing how taking even five-minute exercise breaks
throughout the day can bring great rewards. Each short period of stretching, strength-building,
and specialized breathing contributes to greater flexibility, strength, and mental
clarity. Equally important, balancing the hip and back muscles can counter the effects
